Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event that you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment please:
Login to your fresha account using the login details you created at time of booking. You can use the link sent in the confirmation email and text message or visit www.fresha.com/appointments. You cannot reschedule within 24 hours of your booking time. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value. Any outstanding amount will be refunded to the account you booked with within 48 hours. We appreciate your understanding as staffing and travel are tailored to individual appointments.
Special Health Considerations
You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment. This form helps us determine the best possible treatment for your individual needs. Some pre-existing conditions may prevent you from having a specific treatment to ensure your well-being. Please answer this form honestly and accurately. If you are pregnant please only book facial, Manicure or Pedicure services as Massage, wraps and scrubs during pregnancy can be harmful to you and your growing baby. We look forward to pampering you in a safe environment during this special time in your life.
You will not require any special clothing during your booking. Please wear something you are comfortable in. For massage bookings, please leave your own underwear on. For body treatments disposable underwear will be provided if appropriate. During all treatments you will be draped with towels and not fully exposed at any time. Treatments are conducted free of jewelry so please place them in a safe place. For best results we recommend that men be clean shaven (no stubble) prior to any facial treatment.
